The petitioner without representing with the

respondent-BBMP has filed this present petition seeking for direction to take action against respondents 3 and 4 for putting up illegal construction in Survey No.55/P, totally measuring ten acres situated at Bellahalli village, Yelahanka Hobli, Bengaluru North Taluk.

The petitioner instead of representing with the respondent-BBMP so as to take action against the

respondents 3 and 4 has filed this writ petition and the same is not maintainable.

Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to submit the representation with the Joint Commissioner, BBMP, Byatarayanapura, Yelahanka Division for taking action against respondents 3 and 4 for the alleged illegal construction being put up by them within two weeks from today.

The Joint Commissioner, BBMP, Byataranapura is directed to consider the said representation and pass appropriate order in accordance with law with in a period of six weeks from the date of representation to be submitted by the petitioner.
