Learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 on instructions submits that the proceedings before the Deputy Commissioner and the Arbitrator relating to the dispute in the matter of Press Trust in Arbitration Dispute No.MAG(4)CR 01/2017-18, has been withdrawn by the petitioners therein and files a memo to that effect. The said memo reads as under:

Arbitration Dispute No.MAG(4)CR 01/2017-18 would become inoperative and present writ petition would not survive for consideration and accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
