None appears for the petitioner.
Sri T.V.Subramanya Prasad, learned counsel for
the fifth and sixth respondents, reiterates that the petition is rendered infructuous with the disposal of the proceedings in LAC No.50/2014.
Sri T.M.Venkata Reddy, learned counsel for the first respondent, submits that he has not been served with the copy of the petition in all these years.
It is obvious that the concerned is not interested
in prosecuting the petition. Therefore, the petition stands rejected.
