Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner files a memo
seeking to withdraw the petition. The memo so filed reads as follows:

1) The Petitioner submits that, she had filed the above petition questioning the order of the lower court in O.S.No.82/2017 directing to reissue Salary Attachment Warrant despite of the service of the Salary Attachment to the Employer.
2) The Petitioner submits that subsequently the Employer M/s Accenture Service Pvt. Ltd.,appeared through Counsel before the Family Court Bangalore on 16/08/2019 and represented that the order of the Trial Court is duly complied.
3) The Petitioner submits that in view of the compliance of the order by the Employer M/s Accenture Services Pvt. Ltd., this Writ Petition has became infructious and therefore prays this Hon'ble Court that the

Writ Petition may be dismissed as withdrawn, in the interest of justice and equity."
