The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the Special Tahsildar to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.10.2020.

By the said representation, the petitioner is requesting for issuance of Saguvali chit/grant certificate pursuant to the grant order, which is said to have been made in her favour on 06.07.1999.

In view of the fact that the petitioner claims that

she is the beneficiary of the grant order and as a consequence, she would be entitled for issuance of

Saguvali chit, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
