THIS PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO ISSUE DIRECTION, ORDER TO THE R2 TO CONSIDER THE REPRESENTATION DATED 9.10.2020 FOR ISSUING SAGUVALI CHIT/GRANT CERTIFICATE IN FORM NO.VII AND UPDATING THE RTC AND MUTATION BY VIRTUE OF THE GRANT DATED 6.7.1999 IN RESPECT OF SY.NO.239 MEASURING 2 ACRE, SITUATED AT BEEMAKUPPE VILLAGE, KENGERI HOBLI, BANGALORE SOUTH TALUK AS ANNEXURE - A AND ETC.,

The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a mandamus to direct respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 09.10.2020 and thereby issue the Saguvali Chit and also update the RTC and mutation by virtue of the grant made in favour of the petitioner on 06.07.1999 in respect of Sy.No.239 measuring 2 acres of Beemakuppe Village, Kengeri Hobli, Bengaluru South Taluk.

In view of the fact that the petitioner claims that he

is the beneficiary of the grant dated 06.07.1999,

respondent No.2 would have to be directed to consider the representation dated 09.10.2020 of the petitioner for issuance of Saguvali Chit and for updating the revenue records in the name of the petitioner.

Respondent No.3 is accordingly directed to consider the said representation, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order, in accordance with law.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
