ORDER
The short grievance of the petitioner is as to arguable inaction on the part of the official respondents in not effecting the phodi work to the land in question. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation made by his client on 25.07.2022, a copy whereof avails at Annexure-D remains with unanswered.

for the official respondents though initially opposed the writ petition, now fairly agrees to instruct his client i.e., respondent Nos.3 & 4 to look into the grievance of the petitioner in a time bound way and in accordance with law.
In view of the above assurance, writ petition is disposed off. Time for compliance is eight weeks. All contentions are kept open.
It is open to the official respondents to accomplish the job and to do all that is required for accomplishing it.
No costs.
