ORDER
The petitioner has challenged a notification dated
03.01.2020 issued by the respondent No.3, by which he declared that the post of President of respondent No.4 fell vacant due to her removal at a meeting held on 03.01.2020 to consider the 'No-Confidence Motion' moved against her.
submits that the term of the elected body of the respondent No.4 has come to an end and therefore, this writ petition has become infructuous.
Hence, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution .
