In this petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs:

“a) A writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 6 to consider the representation dated 27.06.2022 produced as per Annexure-F and further direct the respondents 5 and 6 to initiate Disciplinary action against 7^th respondent.”

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record.

Though several contentions have been urged by both sides in support of their respective claims, having regard to the undisputed fact that the representation at Annexure-F dated 27.06.2022 submitted by the petitioner to respondent Nos.1 to 6 has not been considered and no orders have been passed/no decision has been taken on the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits on the rival contentions, I deem it just and proper to

dispose of this petition directing the respondent Nos.1 to 6 to address the grievance of the petitioner and to consider/pass appropriate orders/take appropriate decision on the representation at Annexure-F dated 27.06.2022 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, if not already complied with, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed off.
