THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO ISSUE DIRECTIONS TO RESPONDENTS 1 AND 2 TO SUBMIT THE PROPOSALS FOR THE PAYMENT OF ALL KINDS OF COMPENSATIONS TO THE PETITIONER IN RESPECT OF HIS LANDS, CROPS, HORTICULTURAL TREES AND OTHER DAMAGES FROM THE DATE OF TAKING POSSESSION OF THE LANDS IN WHICH WITHOUT NOTIFICATIONS THE LANDS ACQUIRED AND POSSESSION WAS TAKEN AS PER ANNEXURES ‘B’ TO ‘B3’ DATED 04.01.2019, 07.01.2019 AND 16.01.2019; AND ETC.

The short question involved in this writ petition is with regard to the consideration of representation made by the petitioner at Annexure ‘B’ series. The said representations have been made to the respondent No.1 in the writ petition.

However, it is open for the petitioner to make one more representation to the respondent No.4-Deputy Commissioner, Mandya District seeking redressal of his grievances. In that view of the matter, I am of the view that, in the event, if the petitioner herein makes representation to the respondent No.4Deputy Commissioner within three weeks from today, the same shall be considered by the respondent No.4 within eight weeks thereafter. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.

It is also made clear that, this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
