ORDER
In this petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs:
“a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) Respondent No.3 herein, to facilitate the Petitioner Institution to upload the required details in their web portal forthwith to facilitate grant of recognition to the Petitioner Institution to commence fresh Integrated Teacher Education Programmed (ITEP), for the

academic year 2022-23, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 23.5.2022 produced as Annexure-C;
b) Further direct the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) Respondent No.3 herein, to grant Recognition to the Petitioner Institution forthwith to commence fresh Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP), for the academic year 2022-23."
2. Heard Sri. Udaya Holla, learned senior counsel
for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record.
by both sides in the present petition, having regard to the undisputed fact that the representation at Annexure-C dated 23.05.2022 submitted by the petitioner has not been considered by the respondent No.3 and no decision has been taken/no order has been passed so far, I deem it appropriate to direct the respondent No.3 to address the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate decision/pass appropriate order on the aforesaid representation dated 23.05.2022 bearing in mind the

Notification dated 22.10.2021 issued by the respondent No.3 and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed off.
