ORDER
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the order impugned is appealable under Section 17 of the Karnataka Private Medical Establishment Act, 2007 ('Act' for short). He would submit that he would prefer an appeal before the Appellate Authority on the same grievance that is urged before this Court.
The said submission is placed on record.
The petition is disposed reserving such liberty to the petitioner in terms of Section 17 of the Act.
