The petitioner and the learned counsel for the petitioner have filed a memo dated 01.06.2022 stating that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the petition and therefore he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition.
Learned counsel Sri. H.R.Gundappa who has filed vakalat for respondents No.3 and 4 submits that he would also appear for respondents No.1 and 2.
Accordingly the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
