ORDER
The grievance of the petitioner is that even though he has been serving as Mathematics Teacher in the School run by the 6th respondent School from 2015 and continues to do so till date, the appointment of the petitioner has not been approved by the respondent authorities nor the services have been regularized.
submits that under similar circumstances, some of the Teachers who are in fact appointed subsequent to the appointment of the petitioner, their services have been regularized in the post of Teacher.
