Learned counsel for the Chief Officer submits that in respect of the 2^nd petitioner, e-khata is already been made out and in respect of the 1^st petitioner, the details are uploaded and after prescribed period of 30 days expire, his name will also be entered in the e-khata.

In view of the submission, the prayer made in the writ petition does not survive for consideration and the same is disposed of. If, however, the name of the 1^st petitioner is not uploaded as stated today, the petitioner would be at liberty to revive this petition.
