The court notice sent to the petitioner to be served through the Principal District and Sessions Court, Dhrawad has come back with a share of the Process Nazir stating that the court notice to the petitioner returned unserved for want of correct address.
In such situation, where the learned counsel for the petitioner who was earlier on record is no more and court notice could not be served on the petitioner, no useful purpose would be served if this writ petition is kept pending. However, liberty being reserved to the petitioner to recall the order of dismissal, this court proceeds to dismiss the writ petition.
