THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO DIRECTION TO R-2 TO CONSIDER ANNEXURE-A DATED 24.06.2019 FOR TRANSFER OF KATHA / REGISTERING THE E KATHA IN RESPECT OF PROPERTY BEARING HAKKU PATHRA NO.75 WARD NO.3, MEASURING EAST TO WEST 30 FEET NORTH TO SOUTH-25 FEET SITUATED AT MUSTOOR ROAD, 5TH CROSS, BHAGATH SINGH NAGAR, CHIKKABALLAPURA IN FAVOUR OF PETITIONER FROM HER HUSBAND AND ETC.

Petitioner submitted an application/representation to

register the katha in her favour in respect of the site No.75, ward No.3, measuring East to West-30 feet, North to South-25 feet, situated at Mustoor Road, 5th Cross, Bhagath Singh Nagar, Chikkaballapura. The respondent No.2 issued notice calling upon the petitioner to produce certain documents and in pursuance of the same, the petitioner produced the said documents. Petitioner's grievance is that though the petitioner has submitted the documents, the respondent No.2 has not registered the Katha in favour of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 has filed a memo stating that application/representation dated 24.06.2019

submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law, if reasonable time is granted.

Therefore, it is expedient to dispose of the writ petition, directing the respondent No.2 to consider the applications/representations dated 24.06.2019 submitted by the petitioner at Annexure-A and A1 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
