It is stated in the representation dated 04.12.2021, stating that the petitioners' father had purchased 2 acres of land in Sy.No.8/1 of Manganhalli, Yeshwanthapura

Hobli, Bangalore North Taluk. However, the petitioners' father had not got his name entered in the land revenue records. The petitioners' father died, leaving behind a Will, and in terms of the Will, it is contended, that the petitioners have acquired rights over the property. Therefore, the petitioners have requested the Tahsildar to enter their names in the land revenue records.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Additional Government Advocate and on perusing the petition papers, this Court finds that there are no details given in the representation dated 04.12.2021. Although it is stated that a copy of the sale

deed, encumbrance certificate, death certificate and copy of the Will is annexed to the representation, this Court is of the considered opinion that the petitioners are required to give complete details of their claim in respect of the property in question.

Consequently, the writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to give a

comprehensive representation giving complete details regarding their claim to the land in question. As and when such representation is given by the petitioners, the respondent-Tahsildar, Bengaluru North Taluk, shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass necessary orders as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation that would be given by the petitioners.
