ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent-Tribunal to consider the Form No.7 filed by the mother of the petitioner on 25.12.1974 at Annexure- A. The respondent-State has filed statement of objections and also the copy of the register maintained by the Tribunal which discloses that the petitioner’s mother has not filed Form No.7 as contended by the petitioner.
Hence, the relief sought for in the writ petition cannot be granted. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
