ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking for issuing a writ of mandamus for directing the respondent 2, 4 and 5 to initiate criminal proceedings against respondent No.6.
Learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for the state submits that on the representation submitted by the petitioner, the FIR has been registered against the respondent No.6.
The said submission is placed on record.
In view of the same, the relief sought for in the writ petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly writ petition stands disposed off.
