JUDGMENT
Sri.H.R.Vishwanath, learned counsel appearing on video conference for appellants submits that upon instructions of his clients/appellants, he seeks to withdraw the appeal on the premise that appellants have received order in their favour in the proceedings before Assistant Commissioner in respect of suit schedule property.
Sri. Siddamallappa, learned counsel appearing for respondents has no objection in dismissing the appeal as withdrawn.
Taking that submissions of learned counsel appearing on both parties on record, appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
