Though matter called twice, there is no representation on behalf of appellant.
The matter was listed on 26.05.2022 for orders regarding non-compliance of office objections. Since, there was no representation on behalf of appellant, finally two weeks time was granted to comply office objection and it was ordered to be listed today.
The appellant has not complied with the office objections despite giving time.
As noted above, today also there is no representation on behalf of appellant. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution.
