DISTRICT AND SESSION JUDGE, BAGALKOTE SITTING AT JAMAKHANDI IN L.A.C. APPEAL NO.07/2017 AND SO MODIFY THE JUDGMENT AND AWARD DATED 03.11.2014 IN L.A.C. NO. 185/2010 PASSED BY THE COURT OF SENIOR CIVIL JUDGE, MUDHOL AND KINDLY ENHANCE THE COMPENSATION FROM RS.5,75,000/TO RS.10,00,000/- PER ACRE WITH ALL STATUTORY BENEFITS.

The appeal is listed today for orders regarding noncompliance of office objections.

As could be seen from the appeal papers, the appeal is filed on 19.07.2019. Now we are in the month of October 2022. It’s been three years since the date of filing of the appeal, so far office objections are not complied with.

It appears that the appellants have not instructed the counsel on record to comply office objections and as already noted above, though matter called twice, there is no representation on behalf of appellants. Hence, the Miscellaneous Second Appeal is dismissed for noncompliance of office objection and also for non-prosecution.
