In this matter, I.A.1/2017 is filed seeking withdrawal of cross objection. However, keeping in view the submission made by counsel for the cross-objectors and so also, the reasons assigned in I.A.1/2017 are found to be justifiable, it is deemed appropriate to consider the said application. Accordingly, I.A.1/2017 is hereby allowed permitting the cross-objectors to withdraw the crossobjections as sought for. MFA.Crob No.118/2016 is hereby disposed of.
