This MFA is filed u/s 173(1) of the Motor Vehicle Act – 1988, praying this Hon’ble court that the judgment and award passed by the V- Additional District and Sessions Judge and Addl. MACT, Devanahalli, Bangalore Rural District in M.V.C.No.85/2018 dated 03.03.2020, may kindly be modified and allow this appeal by enhancing the compensation of Rs.18,04,800/- with 12% interest per annum.
