Both the parties and their respective learned counsel are present before the Court. A joint memo is filed by both the parties and the same is signed by both the parties and their respective learned counsel. In terms of the compromise, the petitioner has agreed to transfer the agreed monthly maintenance amount of Rs.30,000/- to the bank account of respondent No.1 maintained at State Bank of India, N.R. Circle, Hassan. The respondents have agreed to the modification of the order passed by the Appellate Court in Crl.A.Nos.129/2018 and 134/2018 in terms of the settlement. Respondent No.1 has agreed to give up her claim of Rs.3 lakhs as awarded by the Courts below for damages under the D.V. Act and also the rental

allowance of Rs.8,000/- as awarded by the Appellate Court in Crl.A.Nos.129/2018 and 134/2018.

In terms of the joint memo, the parties have settled

the matter. Accordingly, the criminal revision petition is
