This Criminal Revision Petition is filed under Section 397 read with Section 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure praying to set-aside judgment & order dated 26.07.2019 passed by the LVI Addl. City Civil & Sessions Judge, Bangalore in Criminal Appeal No.1422/2018 thereby dismissing the criminal appeal filed by the petitioner confirming the judgment of conviction dated 30.06.2018 passed by the learned XV ACMM Bangalore in C.C.No.21018/2017 thereby convicting the
petitioner herein for the offence punishable under Sec.138 of NI Act, 1881 thereby imposing the fine of Rs.5,00,000/- and in default to payment of the said fine amount, the petitioner is convicted to undergo simple imprisonment for one year and consequently allow the present petition and acquit the petitioner.
