ORDER
This revision petition is preferred against the order passed by the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru in Special C. No.250/2018 rejecting the application filed by the accused under Section 227 of Cr.P.C.
are not complied so far. The learned counsel for the petitioner has remained absent whenever the case was listed before this Court. Hence, on 11.11.2021 a Peremptory order was passed giving a week's time as a last chance to comply the office objections. Even today, the learned counsel for the petitioner is absent.
In view of the peremptory order, the revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
