ORDER
The petition calls in question the proceedings in C.C.No.2336/2013, registered for offences punishable

under Sections 143, 498A, 504 read with Section 149 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.
“6. That, there is no future claim from each other before any other authorities. That, the respondent has agreed to withdrawn her allegations at the C.C.No.2336/2016 on the file of the 1st Additional Civil Judge & J.M.F.C, Nelamangala. The respondent has agreed to withdraw the maintenance cases of Criminal Misc.No.173/2019 and Criminal Misc.No.140/2013 on the file of the 1st Additional Civil Judge & J.M.F.C, Nelamangala. That, the respondent has agreed to file withdrawn memo without any further prayer of maintenance. That, the

respondent has received the permanent alimony along with the landed property also. In spite of the respondent has agreed to withdrawn the said criminal miscellaneous petitions without any further claim.”
