filed a memo along with a copy of the death certificate in respect of the appellant/accused No.1- Thippeswamy.
It is submitted that the appellant has died on 14.01.2017.
In view of the death of appellant, this appeal stands
abated, under Section 394 (1) of Cr.P.C.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as abated.
