a memo stating that the petitioners have filed Crl.P.No.3511/2022 before this Court challenging the present criminal proceedings and after hearing, this Court was pleased to grant an interim order on 21.04.2022 staying all further proceedings in Cr.No.78/2022 hence, the petitioners are seeking leave of this Court to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to file a fresh petition if necessary in future.
