This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to call for records in Spl.C.1342/2021 pending on the file of the learned LXXXI Addl. City Civil and Special Judge, Bangalore City (CCH-82); quash the complaint, FIR and charge sheet filed in Spl.C.No.1342/2021 produced at Annexures-A, B, and C respectively and etc.

This Criminal Petition coming on for orders this day, the Court, made the following:

Petitioner has filed a memo for withdrawal, which reads as hereunder:

"The counsel undersigned humbly submits that the Trial Court vide order dated February 11, 2022 in Spl. C.No.1342/2021 has held that Sections 7, 13(1)(d) read with Section 13(2) and 15 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, do not attract to the allegations made against the petitioner. In light of the same, the petitioner may kindly be permitted to withdraw the above Criminal Petition, with liberty to file a fresh petition, if necessary. Copy of the order dated February 11, 2022 is produced herewith as Document No.1. It is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to take the instant memo on record, in the interest of justice and equity."

In light of the same, petition is dismissed . It is

further submitted that the withdrawal is being made in light of the order dated 11.02.2022 passed in Spl. Case No.1342/2021 and that a fresh petition would be filed, if circumstances so arise in light of the subsequent developments as reflected in the order dated 11.02.2022.
