ORDER
The petition was heard and reserved for its orders on 04.07.2022 and the matter was listed for its pronouncement on 02.11.2022, on which date, the petitioner filed a Memo seeking to withdraw the petition.
Though, the matter had been reserved and listed for its pronouncement, in view of the memo, with great reluctance this Court accepted the memo and closed the proceedings as having withdrawn, more so, in the light of the fact that the matter was still at the stage of investigation.
In the light of the memo so filed, petition is disposed as withdrawn.
