This Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14(A)(2) of SC/ST (POA) Act, praying to set aside the rejection order dated 12.09.2022 passed by the LXX Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge and Special Judge at Bengaluru in Spl.C.No.824/2021 and release the appellants on regular bail in Spl.C.No.824/2021 (in Cr.No.123/2021) of the 1st Respondent Ramamurthy Nagara Police, for the alleged offence p/u/s 120(b), 302 read with 149 of IPC and section 25 of ARMS Act and section 3(2)(v)(va) of SC/ST Act amendment Act 2015 and etc.
This Criminal Appeal coming on for admission this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER
After arguing the matter for some time, when this court expresses an opinion that the appellants are not entitled to bail and there is no case for interfering with the impugned order, the appellants’ counsel seeks liberty to withdraw the appeal. Submission is placed on record. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
