CIVIL JUDGE AND JMFC, CHINTAMANI IN C.C.NO.599/2016 FOR THE OFFENCE P/U/S 409, 420 OF IPC REGISTERED BY THE CHINTAMANI POLICE IN CR.NO.171/2014.

ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner Sri. H.C. Shivaramu, submits that in pursuant to the order passed by this Court, NBW which was issued against the petitioner since been recalled, nothing further survives in the petition and he seeks liberty to move this Court in the event order goes prejudicial to the petitioner.
Reserving such liberty, petition is dismissed.
