When this Court was about to dictate the order on merits noticing the nature of injuries i.e., head injury in respect of both the victims and they were in hospital from 06.12.2021 to 26.12.2021 and another victim from 06.12.2021 to 16.12.2021, at this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Trial Court after filing of the charge-sheet.
Hence, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty
to approach the Trial Court after filing of the charge-sheet.
