"Herein, the counsel for the Petitioners submits as under,

That the top noted criminal Petition was filed seeking quashing of the FIR in Crime No.290/2021 registered by the Respondent police against the Petitioners. During the pendency of this criminal petition Respondent police has filed charge sheet. It is submitted that the filing of the chargesheet has rendered this petition infructuous. Wherefore, it is prayed that this petition may be withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition challenging the chargesheet.
