This Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14(A)(2) of SC/ST (POA) Act, praying to set aside the impugned order dated 01.06.2022 passed by the V Additional District and Sessions Judge, D.K., Mangaluru, sitting at Puttur, D.K., in Crl. Misc. No.5097/2022 and consequently allow the appeal etc,.

Counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant wants to withdraw this appeal as he has challenged the FIR in Crime No.40/2022, registered by the first respondent police by filing a petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., and interim order has been granted staying further action pursuant to FIR. His submission is placed on record. Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
Liberty is granted to the appellant to apply for anticipatory bail depending upon the changed circumstances.
