After the amount is deposited before this Hon’ble Court, the respondent No.1 or respondent No.6 or respondent No.12 will file a criminal petition before the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka for quashing of criminal complaint No./FIR No.272/2016 which is pending before this Hon’ble Court in C.C.No.393/2019. In this regard, the petitioner has to come to the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka for giving the consent to quash the criminal complaint which is pending before this Hon’ble Court in C.C.No.393/2019 and thereafter, the above said amount of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh Only) has to be realized by the petitioner. After the quashing the criminal complaint by the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka, the respondents have no objection to with draw the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh Only) by the petitioner. In the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh Only), the petitioner has to deposit Rs.3,25,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh Twenty Five Thousand Only) each in the name of Azra Kousar and Zeba Kousar in any nationalized bank.
