Petitioner is the wife and respondent is the husband. Petitioner is a resident of Bangalore. Respondent has initiated divorce proceedings against the petitioner by way of M.C.No.73/2020 on the file of Senior Civil Judge and JMFC at Kadur. Petitioner being a resident of Bangalore, is not in a position to attend the Court at Kadur. On the said ground, the instant petition is filed.

The husband though served has remained unrepresented.

Accepting the cause shown in the petition, the petition is hereby allowed and M.C.No.73/2020 pending on the file of Senior Civil Judge and JMFC at Kadur is hereby transferred to the jurisdictional Court at Bangalore.
