learned counsels for the parties, submit that this Court could appoint a retired District Judge as a sole arbitrator to enter reference of the dispute in the circumstances of the case leaving all questions to be considered in the arbitral proceedings. They also signify that Sri. S.N.Navalgund, a retired District Judge could be appointed. Hence, the following:

Post, Yalahanka, Bengaluru-560 065, is appointed as the Sole Arbitrator to enter reference of the dispute between the petitioner and respondents and conduct the proceeding at the Arbitration and Conciliation Centre (Domestic and International), Bengaluru according to the Rules governing the Arbitration and Conciliation Centre (Domestic and International), Bengaluru.

[c] The Registry is directed to communicate this order [also by E-mail] to the Arbitration and Conciliation Centre (Domestic and International), Bengaluru and Sri. S.N. Navalgund, a retired District Judge, as required under the Appointment of Arbitrators by the Chief Justice of Karnataka High Court Scheme, 1996.
