When the Court pointed out that the very contempt petition filed against the advocate who is representing the wife of the complainant before the Family Court is not maintainable in view of the provisions under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, Sri. Kishore Kumar S.N. - party/complainant in person, fairly submitted that he is not

aware of the procedure and sought permission to withdraw this contempt petition. The complainant also filed a memo seeking permission to withdraw the petition as not pressed.
