The complainant has filed the present contempt petition to take action against the accused under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for willful disobedience of the order dated 15.04.2021 made in MFA.No.1694/2021 passed by the learned Single of this Court, wherein, the learned Single Judge directed both the parties to maintain status-quo .
