The present contempt petition is filed under the provisions of Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 praying to take action against the accused for willful disobedience of the order dated 5.3.2020 made in Writ Petition No.4350/2019.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the complainant to file fresh contempt petition, if so advised in accordance with law.
