The present contempt petition is filed by the complainants to take action against the accused under the provisions of Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act for willful disobedience of the interim order dated 07.10.2020 passed by the learned Single Judge made in W.P. No.11006/2020 holding that since
prima-facie the controversy involved in the writ petition is squarely covered in the law laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court as per Annexure-T, the execution and operation of the communications as per Annexures-F, G, H, J, K, L, M, N, P, Q, R and S are stayed till the next date of hearing.
ORDER
The Civil Contempt Proceedings are hereby dropped.
