The short grievance of the petitioner as to clamping of the seizure order on his Bank Lockers in question has withered away now in view of the submission of learned Standing Counsel for the answering respondent-ING Vysya Bank (Now Kotak Mahindra Bank), Sadashivanagar Branch that they have been declamped. Therefore, there is no impediment for the petitioner to operate the lockers in question.

In view of the above, Writ petitions are accordingly disposed off, costs having been made easy.
