ORDER
Petitioner is plaintiff in O.S.No.2863/2020 on the file of
Principal City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru. In the suit, plaintiff inter alia has prayed for a decree directing the KIADB to take possession of encroached portion of land from defendant No.4 and to hand it over to the plaintiff. The suit schedule property is situated within the village limits of Karinayakanahalli in Malur Taluk, Kolar District. The suit has been filed in City Civil Court, Bengaluru.
