Shri.Karumbaiah, learned counsel for the
petitioner submits that the petitioner has withdrawn

the complaint before the Assistant Commissioner on the assurance given by respondent Nos.1 and 2 who are the son and daughter-in-law of the petitioner. Now, they have again continued to trouble the petitioner. Therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to file fresh complaint before respondent No.4-Assistant Commissioner. He has filed
a memo of even date to the said effect.
