ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a memo seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition. The contents of the memo reads thus:-
“ In the instant case, the petitioners herein submits that already a new committee has been formed. Hence this petition has become infructuous. So the petitioners are seeking permission from this Hon’ble Court to withdraw this petition in the interest of equity and justice.”
Learned counsel for R-1 does not have any
objection to the same. Hence the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
