This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash Annexure-C order passed by the Tahsildar dated 21.9.2005 Annexure-D order passed by the Assistant Commissioner dated 16.6.2007 and Annexure-E order passed by the Deputy Commissioner dated 21.4.2008.
This writ petition coming on for hearing this day, the Court passed the following:
ORDER
On 16.11.2021 none appeared for the parties. Even today,
none appears for the parties. Hence, there is no option but to
dismiss the writ petition.
Accordingly, writ petition stands dismissed for non-
prosecution.
